He has led such high-profile business entities as customer training, sales lead generation, sales tools, sales training, product marketing, industry marketing, international marketing, strategic alliances, public relations, RFP support, executive briefing center, event marketing, and strategic account planning.
Randy is a graduate of the University of North Carolina – Wilmington. He formerly served on the Board of the Southeastern Chapter of the American Teleservices Association, and as a “Speakers on Tour” executive with the American Marketing Association.
